A Stack is a combination of supplements designed to complement each other, and personalized to meet your specific needs. Everyone’s Stack is different - you are unique, and your Stack should be, too. Your Stack explains which supplements you should take, down the dosage and brand - and why - including directions for when to take them, and what to take them with. We don’t make our own brand of supplements, so we’re objective about choosing the safest, most effective ones for you. We provide links so you can purchase the supplements in your Stack online. In some cases, we earn a small commission when you purchase supplements through our links.

Why is Stack different?

Everyone has unique supplement needs, but it’s hard to know what’s right for you without spending a lot of time and money meeting with dieticians or other experts. You can choose your own supplements, but there are 100,000 on the market, and advice and ads from companies pushing their own brands at every turn. We started the company to give you an easy, affordable way to find your ideal stack - a combination of supplements that complement each other and meet your specific needs. We don’t make our own brand of supplements, so we’re here to find what’s best for you. We use science to design your Stack, including analyzing your health and lifestyle data, food preferences and allergies, blood test results, and medication interactions. We cross-reference leading clinical studies to determine which supplements are most effective at supporting your goals and overall health.

How is my Stack created?

Our clinical team sorted through hundreds of supplement brands and thousands of clinical studies. Then we developed evidence-based protocols, to find what has been proven to be most effective for specific needs and conditions. When you submit your assessment, you’ll tell us about your health goals, medical history, medications, and lifestyle. You also have the option to include selected data from your most recent blood test results, like your cholesterol and vitamin-D levels. Then, we analyze your data, run it through our protocols, and design your Stack within one day. Your Stack explains which supplements you should take, down the dosage and brand - and why - including directions for when to take them, and what to take them with. Can I consult with your team about my Stack?

We are happy to answer questions about your Stack, and even to modify it. Maybe you take a supplement we didn’t recommend, want to make sure it’s right for you, and that it’s a good fit with your Stack. How does Stack protect my data?

In instances where assessments require manual processing by our team, we only retain the documents you provide on our servers for a maximum period of 30 days, ensuring that your information is not held indefinitely and minimizing potential risks.

How much does Stack cost?

The fee for designing your Stack is currently $29. Certain referral codes may reduce or even waive the fee. We don’t make our own supplement brands, in order to remain objective about choosing the ones that are the safest and most effective for you. We provide links so you can purchase the supplements in your Stack online. In some cases, we earn a small commission when you purchase supplements through our links.

How do I get my supplements?

Once you complete your assessment, we’ll email you your Stack, which includes recommendations for which supplements are right for you and why - along with links to make it easy to purchase those supplements online at competitive prices. If you choose to buy through these links, we may earn a small affiliate commission. This has no impact on the recommendations we share. Our promise is to always optimize for your health goals. That’s it.

Can I trust Stack?

We designed Stack with the help of an expert in clinical nutrition and supplementation, to help you figure out which supplements are right for you. We don’t make our own brand of supplements, so we’re here to find what’s best for you, not to push our own product. Do I have to buy my entire stack?
